No distribution compensation
No commissions, placement fees, or revenue share to advisers — on any allocation, ever. Only registered broker-dealers can lawfully receive transaction-based compensation, and we engage none for Fund I.
Diligence, not sales
Fund terms, offering documents, and track-record documentation are provided for your investigation, with direct access for diligence questions.
Principal access
Questions go to the principals who acquire, convert, and operate the projects — not an investor-relations layer.
