Privacy, plainly stated.
This policy describes how this site handles information for visitors in the United States and, where applicable, under the GDPR. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (investor qualification, institutional DDQ request, partner, or contact), we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone if given, your message, and — on investor forms — your self-reported investor type, accreditation status, and intended investment range. We also process limited technical data (a pseudonymized network identifier) to protect the forms from abuse.
How we use it
Form submissions are stored durably and delivered to our customer relationship system so we can respond to your inquiry and, where you request it, evaluate eligibility for our offerings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. Eligibility answers and investment ranges are never sent to analytics or advertising systems.
Service providers
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to operate this site: website hosting (Vercel), a database that guarantees your submission is not lost (Neon), abuse-rate controls (Upstash), and our CRM (Zoho). Each processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics run only if you allow them through the consent prompt. Declining changes nothing about how the site works, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the “Privacy choices” control in the footer.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting info@stillpg.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we honor verified requests consistent with those laws.
Retention and security
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements. Access to lead data is restricted to the team, transport is encrypted, and our systems log delivery outcomes without storing personal details in logs.
